NEMECHEK AT DAYTONA: In five career NASCAR Xfinity Series starts at Daytona International Speedway, John Hunter Nemechek owns one top-five finish and two top-10s. Last February, Nemechek finished second at the 2.5-mile superspeedway after narrowly missing out on the victory when he was side-by-side with the eventual winner as a caution ended the race.
He also claimed a pair of 11th-place finishes in two NASCAR Cup Series starts at Daytona in addition to one top-five finish and two top-10s in NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series competition.
- 2023 SEASON REVIEW: Nemechek led the Xfinity Series last season with seven wins, 17 top-five finishes, 24 top-10s, and 1,083 laps led. Following a strong campaign, his season culminated with a Championship 4 appearance where he ultimately ended up fourth overall.
